We’ve acquired SO-SURE, a UK based insurtech, so that we can strengthen our foothold in the UK and provide a range of new mobile and contents products through Open’s embedded insurance platform. 

Open is aware of an information security incident. It has been confirmed that one customer in Australia has been impacted. We are currently investigating whether other customers have been impacted.
